These terms apply to the SpaceEcho public website. Using the site means accepting them. The EchoCloud customer portal is covered by its own agreement, not by this page.

What this site is

A description of what SpaceEcho builds and operates: environmental monitoring stations and the EchoCloud platform. It is information, not an offer to sell.

Specifications and availability

Product descriptions, sensor lists and specifications describe equipment as configured at the time of writing. Monitoring hardware is specified per site, so what is installed is defined by a quotation and a purchase agreement rather than by a page here. Where a price appears it is indicative and not a quotation.

Requesting a quote is not a contract

Submitting the quote or contact form starts a conversation. It does not create an order, reserve stock, or commit either of us to anything. A binding commitment only exists in a signed quotation or purchase agreement.

Case studies and named organisations

The institutions, sites and partners named in our case studies are real deployments, described with their agreement. Nothing there should be read as an endorsement of a product by the organisation named.

What you may do with this content

The text, images, logos, diagrams and layout of this site belong to SpaceEcho or are used with permission. You may read it, print it and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own, use our name or logo to imply a partnership that does not exist, or resell it. [Terms for press, tender and reseller use of product material.]

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or anything behind it, and do not submit the forms automatically or in bulk. Form endpoints are rate-limited and spam-filtered; a submission caught by either is discarded.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible for it.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep this site accurate and online, but we do not guarantee it is free of error or always reachable. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.
